This past week in Erie, a 15 year old boy was shot and killed (not from our school). So there has been a lot of talk on the news about how teens have nothing to do but get into trouble. Every local station did a story on a program that my school started to help give our students a positive activity to be involved in during the evenings. Check it out! I hadn't heard about the shooting. Scary. Keep up the good work with your students! I know that you are such a good role model and positive influence in their lives!
Hey Carrie. Now that Kevin is in his last year of elementary school we worry and pray for him extra. There's so many scary things that go on in and around schools.
Your school sounds like it provides a great place for kids to "hang out".
