30th Birthday!

Today I turn 30! It doesn't feel any different from being in my 20s, at least not yet! My students made a HUGE deal of my birthday today! My seniors threw me a party, complete with brownies, cake, chips, pizza, pop, presents, and decorations! We definitely had enough food! They wrote a very nice note on my board, if you can read it in the picture (the end of the first line reads "Senior Class", a streamer got in the picture and blocked some of the letters!!!).
My cake even had math problems on it that all equaled 30! Very creative!
This first picture is of the seniors that came to school today.
Our school director even made a little video for me that played all day on the school tv! What a day it was, very memorable, full of sugar, full of fun!
THANKS STUDENTS, I FEEL LOVED!

Yay for the teacher!!! Happy Your Day, Carrie! Having a daughter who's 30 is sorta daunting, but you look just like one of the kids in that first group picture. :-)

Love the glasses!

Welcome to your thirties, Carrie! Gwen and I actually remembered yesterday that it was your birthday. It looks like you had a great celebration, and of course very young looking! Happy Birthday!

Happy belated birthday! Since I have reached the ripe old age of 32, I can honestly say that being 30-something isn't too bad!
Hope it was a good one.
