Technology Integration

i have spent the past few days reading a book about how to integrate technology into classrooms and lessons. holy cow, it's a lot more complicated than i thought. ginny does a lot with this at her school, so she had a few books for me to read. i ordered a few more off amazon, and i'm getting very very excited about what i can do next year with it all, a little overwelmed too! it's so much more than just using computers in some lessons. it's a whole restructuring of traditional teaching methods. it will take a lot of planning and encouraging and helping the teachers at my school to get it really going well. i hope our director realizes it isn't going to happen immediately, it's going to take a lot more time than he want it to, i think! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED!
