today our friend rob and his son sam came over to visit for a little while. rob "played" with drew in the garage, and sam played with me and the dogs in the house. molly and annie were so good with sam. he fed them each a treat which they took out of his hand so carefully. he played ball with them- he would throw the ball, annie would bring it back, and he would TAKE THE BALL OUT OF ANNIE'S MOUTH to throw it again. annie was extra gentle with him, i was so impressed with annie! when the ball got slobbery, he wiped it on his shirt to clean it off! when the girls were running past sam, they would go slowly around him and then take off fast to get the ball. i'm not sure where they learned to be so good with kids, but they are! it was so precious to see sam with them. he also fed them dinner and gave them water. we took some pictures of him with his two doggies! they are just to sweet, i had to share them!
Those dogs look like ELEPHANTS next to that little guy!! Aww, your picture is from my graduation, isn't it? That really is a beautiful place (and an ice cream shop, to boot!), I'm so thankful that you guys were able to be there.
Drew and I were married on December 2, 2000. We have two dogs, no kids, our dogs are our kids! I am the Vice-Principal at Community Country Day School. Drew is the Sales and Estimating Manager at Sterling Dula Architectural Products (a railing company). We love the Lord and love spending time with our families when we can.
Molly is a 9 year old chocolate lab. She has a sensitive stomach, loves cheese, and is very talkative! It drives her nuts when it's time for a walk, and she has to wait on us to get ready! Annie is an 8 year old yellow lab. She loves to give kisses and cuddle with anyone. She is very gentle and loving. Both our "kids" are good with people and children, great travelers, and wonderful pets! We feel blessed to have them in our lives!
